If you want I can hit you up with a couple TB S3 compatible block storage against a small compensation covering electricity. I’ve got about 30TB available of my 64TB that are just doing nothing right now, it’s a shame really. I’m running a TrueNAS homelab in a RaidZ2 with battery backup and proper Firewall and IDS/IPS protection (but I’m not a professional). If that’s fine DM me.

How would I go about doing that? This seems to be the challenging part. You don’t want false positives and you also want replayability.
I don’t quiet understand how this is deployed. Hosting this behind a dedicated subdomain or path kind of defeats the purpose as the bots are still able to access the actual website no problem.
That would be extremely tedious. There are hundrets of thousands of scrapers out there.
I used to use it. But I had so many services running it was a pain to maintain. It didn’t have a TV app aswell. And Navidrome looked kind of abandoned at the time. Maybe I should go back though. Is there a way to migrate my playlists? I think that’s the one thing holding me back.
It’s still terrible for music. There’s not even user-based star rating…
It’s bad. But it’s the best we’ve got.
